By installing or using Nepali Mudra ("the app"), published by Sikne, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Nepali Mudra is a portfolio tracker and research tool for the Nepal Stock Exchange. It records transactions you enter and calculates positions, average cost, fees, taxes and profit from them. It also displays published market data.
Calculations follow the weighted-average-cost method and the fee and capital gains tax rates configured in the app. Default rates are provided for convenience and may not match your broker or the rules applying to you; you are responsible for checking and adjusting them. Prices are near-live rather than tick-by-tick and are labelled with their age. Figures in the app are estimates for your own planning, not statements of account. Your broker's contract note and your own tax filing are authoritative.
Signing in with Google is optional and is used to sync your data across devices. You are responsible for keeping access to that Google account secure and for the accuracy of the transactions you enter. See the Privacy Policy for how data is handled.
Do not attempt to scrape, resell or redistribute the market data served through the app, disrupt or overload our servers, reverse engineer the app, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Alerts are a convenience, not a guarantee. Delivery depends on our servers, on Google's notification service and on your device and network. An alert may be delayed or not delivered at all. Do not rely on alerts alone for time-sensitive decisions.
The app is free to use. It displays advertising, which funds the servers. We may change how the app is funded in future; existing data remains yours and exportable or deletable either way.
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the app, including market data features, at any time. Market data availability depends on the exchange's own systems and may be interrupted.
The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading loss, missed opportunity, tax consequence, or other loss arising from your use of the app, from errors or interruptions in market data, or from delayed or undelivered notifications.
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.
If these terms change materially we will update this page and the date above. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the revised terms.
